Happy New Year Haiku

Haven't posted for a while. I've been consumed by Organic Armor. Since last post I've helped build a new website, which I'm proud of. But business is  v  e  r  y    s  l  o  w. Time of year, recession...blah, blah. I'm sick of thinking about it.

We drove up to New York last week and on the long car ride home I started writing haikus. Got some to share, some good, some not so good. But in the interest of doing something creative in the new year, without too much attachment, here they all are:  

Suddenly starlings
One thousand fluttering nibs
Sky caligraphy

Bag floats full of wind
Graceful across 81
White plastic bird

Chimney blackened
Alone, dry wind, brown grass, snow
Eight miles Roanoke

Eighties songs mark miles
Your own private Idaho

I love it. I feel totally at home on your site (except maybe the organic armour is stretching my smile) and I just tripped upon it by looking for a image of a Truffala tree to use for a Earth Day event on Saturday. Happy Earth day to you Jen
